1. Returns
Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 working days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether our refund policy applies. If it applies, the purchase price will be refunded and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale or discounted items/products and gift card items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged at delivery. In case of defective or damaged at delivery product, you should promptly contact us at ecomcontact@emcar.mu with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to Emcar Bell Village or Emcar Mont Choisy.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether the present exchange policy applies. If it applies, we will provide you with a replacement product.
This Exchange policy applies only once per transaction.
3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Delivery and Other Charges
Refunds do not include any delivery and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Delivery charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during delivery and Emcar Ltd or any of its ’préposé’ shall not bear any liability in that connection. Delivery and handling charges are not subject to any refund as such any amount refunded will not include the cost of delivery. Similarly, bank and other charges will not be subject to any refund.
